St. Hubert's Wins 2017 PCL Girls' Bowling Championship To Cap Perfect Season

CROYDON, PA -
St. Hubert's earned a 4-0 win over Bonner & Prendie in the finals of the 2017 Philadelphia Catholic League Girls' Bowling Championship on Saturday afternoon at the AMF Bristol Pike Lanes. 

Under the direction of head coach Pat Hamill, the Bambies are the first PCL program in history to win all of their regular season matches (14-0) and playoff contests (2-0) without dropping a single game and concluded its 2016-17 PCL campaign a perfect 64-0.  St. Hubert's was led by its five first-team All-Catholic selections: junior Michelle Morrissey, sophomore Gabrielle Smith, senior Victoria Cross, junior Shannon Lee and junior Regan McGuinness.  

Bonner & Prendie advanced to the finals following its 4-0 victory over third-seeded Archbishop Ryan on Feb. 16 in the PCL Semifinals.
