ASTON, PA - Freshman Scarlett Golden scored a pair of goals and junior Morgan Wood tallied her fifth career goal in the finals as top-seeded Archbishop Carroll claimed its fifth straight PCL Field Hockey Championship on Saturday evening with a 6-0 victory over No. 2 Cardinal O'Hara on the campus of Neumann University.

Vying for its first PCL crown since 2019, Cardinal O'Hara will face Benjamin Rush in the District XII 2A Second-Place Match at Germantown Supersite on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 3:15 p.m.  Archbishop Carroll secured the District XII 2A title and will take on the fourth seed from District I in the opening round of the PIAA Championships on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
