AOP Holds Initial Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Meeting Of The 2025-26 Academic Year

RADNOR, PA - The high schools of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Catholic League held their first Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) meeting of the 2025-26 school year on Thursday morning on the campus of Archbishop John Carroll High School.
Guest speakers included Mr. Erick Woods, former Saint Joseph’s men’s basketball student-athlete and current Assistant Principal at Roman Catholic; and Mr. Keith Mondillo, Director of Athletics and women’s basketball head coach at Gwynedd Mercy University.
Group discussion focused on such topics as leadership, coachability, the NCAA recruiting process, and how winning teams communicate effectively.
The committee will hold its second meeting in February 2026.
