Archbishop Carroll & Cardinal O'Hara To Meet In Finals Of 2026 PCL Girls' Basketball Championship

2026 CHAMPIONSHIP INFO CHAMPIONSHIP BRACKET
VILLANOVA, PA - Sophomore Kayla Eberz scored 24 points and senior Alexis Eberz added 12 points and six rebounds as top-seeded Archbishop Carroll overcame an early 10-point deficit to earn a 50-38 win over No. 4 Archbishop Wood on Monday evening in the semifinals of the 2026 PCL Girls’ Basketball Championship presented by BLOCS.
ACHS seeks its first league title since 2019 and will make its third consecutive appearance in the PCL Finals. Senior forward Collen Besachio led the Vikings with 15 points and grabbed three rebounds on the evening. AW will compete for the District XII 5A Championship next week.

In the second semifinal at Finneran Pavilion, senior Megan Rullo poured in 22 points and dished out seven assists as No. 2 Cardinal O’Hara posted a 51-33 victory against third-seeded Neumann-Goretti. Junior forward Bre Davis tallied 10 points while guard Brigidanne Donohue compiled 13 points and four boards for the Lions, who advance to the PCL finals for the first time since 2022. Freshman guard Azzure O’Connor scored nine points for 2025 champion Neumann-Goretti which will play for the District XII 4A Title next week.
